Conditions

1. Application of the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) / area of application


The following terms and conditions apply to all orders via our online shop. All deliveries and services based on the Meat & Bones website at www.meatbones.ch are subject to the following provisions. By placing the order, the customer acknowledges having read, understood and agreed to them without reservation. Meat & Bones does not recognize deviating conditions of the customer. Meat & Bones reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The modified version will be published on this website. By placing an order after its revision, the customer agrees to its changes. By using the website www.meatbones.ch (website), the customer accepts the validity of the general terms of use and the data protection declaration, which are also published on this website. The customer is requested to read these documents carefully before using the services of this website.

2. Contractual partner, conclusion of contract


The purchase contract is concluded with Meat & Bones. By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before sending your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking on the order button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive another confirmation by e-mail.

3. Contract Language


The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.  

4. Registration


When placing an order, the customer can register and open a personal account. Irrespective of the type of ordering, the data requested during registration must be given completely and correctly. If the customer has opened a personal account, he is obliged to correct the information immediately if there is a change in the data provided. Only persons over the age of 18 can register. The personal password chosen by the customer when registering must be kept strictly confidential and may not be disclosed to any third party. The customer is responsible for all actions taken under this password on the website, even without his knowledge.

 

All information will not be passed on to third parties by Meat & Bones GmbH and may be used for marketing purposes. The customer can refuse to receive advertising mail in connection with Meat & Bones at any time by either sending an e-mail to welovedogs@meatbones.ch  sends. The newsletter will only be sent after active registration.

 

5. Orders


By placing an order, the customer undertakes to buy the selected products in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions. The receipt of the order will be confirmed to the customer immediately by e-mail. Before written confirmation by Meat & Bones, the orders entered on the website for Meat & Bones  no binding effect. The order is made at the prices and information given on the day of the order. If a product is not available, the customer will be informed. Meat & Bones reserves the right not to accept orders, especially if payment is refused by the bank.

6. Delivery

Delivery is made to the delivery address specified by the customer. The risk passes to the customer as soon as the delivery arrives at the customer. The ordered goods will be shipped by the delivery agent specified by us. Deliveries can only be made within Switzerland, in the city of Zurich. The shipping costs depend on the order in the online shop.

 

Grant access to the desired delivery address during the period specified in the order. The deliverer assumes no liability for delivery addresses that are not freely accessible. If the order cannot be accepted without written cancellation 24 hours before delivery (delivery on Wednesdays), this will be charged at 100%.

7. Liability for Damaged Goods / Returns


It is the customer's responsibility to check the size and condition of the goods upon receipt. If the goods are damaged or incomplete, the customer must notify the delivery agent and Meat & Bones within 7 days of receipt of the goods to welovedogs@meatbones.ch  raise. Before goods can be returned, the customer must contact the consumer service. Unless otherwise agreed, the shipping costs are at the expense of Meat & Bones.

8. Cancellation policy

right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within seven days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is seven days from the binding order. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us Meat & Bones of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear written statement (e-mail). To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired. Feed boxes are excluded from revocation as soon as the existing seal has been removed.

 

Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this contract, we have paid you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than seven days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of seven days has expired. We bear the costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

9. Cancellation Policy Care


Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the start of the booking. Between 48 hours and 24 hours before the start of the booking, 50% of the price will be charged if you do not show up. 100% of the price is due within 24 hours before the start of the booking if you do not show up.  

10. Prizes


The prices stated on the website are inclusive of the valid currency, delivered carriage paid. Meat & Bones is entitled to change the prices (and any shipping costs) at any time.

11. Terms of Payment


The customer can pay by credit card (Visa, Master Card) or PayPal or by invoice in advance. Credit card details are encoded to protect the customer.  After receipt of payment, the goods will be delivered to the specified delivery address every Wednesday. Subscription customers receive monthly / resp. Your bill, which must be paid net, occurs in the rotation of the subscription. If payment is not made on time, subscription deliveries may be suspended. Invoicing can be done by email.

12. Retention of Title


The goods remain our property until full payment.

13. Limitation of Liability


A claim of any nature, be it regarding the delivered goods or the non-delivery of a product, is hereby without which
limit the scope of these General Terms and Conditions, limited to the sale price of the products in respect of which the claim is made, subject to mandatory provisions of the law. Under no circumstances shall Meat & Bones be liable for any indirect damage of any kind (even if Meat & Bones is or could be aware of the occurrence of such damage) arising in connection with your products, their use, their sale or this website, or arising as a consequence of the secondary consequence, liable.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction


Swiss law applies to these General Terms and Conditions. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich / ZH.
