The products can be kept for several months in the frozen state. Thawed, the menus can be closed
Can be stored in the fridge for 3 days. However, we recommend that you only thaw the boxes on the day of consumption and feed them immediately. Boxes that have already been opened in the refrigerator should be kept separate from human food so as not to contaminate them. Raw chicken meat can contain salmonella, which is not a problem for the dog's digestion, but can cause problems for our consumption.

Can I feed my dog chicken bones?
Yes, uncooked chicken bones are safe and will not splinter. However, we advise never leaving the dog unattended when feeding any bones.
How does that work again with the cool bags and cool boxes?
We will soon have cool bags in which the weekly ration will be delivered. A deposit of CHF 15 is charged for the first order for the cool bag. With the first delivery you will receive your Meat & Bones cool bag with 7 menu boxes. After use, you collect all the empty menu boxes in the cool bag and we simply exchange them for the next delivery.
For shipping in subscription, we send the menus and frozen food in Styrofoam cool boxes. With each new delivery, the box including packaging is exchanged and replaced with a new one. One time shipment will be sent in insulating material.
We recycle the used menu boxes and with the interchangeable cool bags we produce no waste neither for us nor for you.
My dog has allergies
Most dogs usually tolerate raw meat and fish well, but if your dog has intolerance to certain products, please send us an email to: welovedogs@meatbones.ch
How does it work again with the delivery of the dog menus?
The dog menus for the coming week are prepared every Tuesday and Wednesday.
Home delivery in the city of Zurich: Delivery every Wednesday between 4 p.m. and 10 p.m
Shipping deliveries CH (home delivery): Packing & shipping on Wednesdays or Thursdays with DPD, express 24h delivery. Delivery the following day.
For the safety of DPD, it is worth obtaining a parking permit granted. This ensures that the package is deposited and not sent back to the depot.
Pickup: Every Thursday between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. the orders are ready for us to pick up. We look forward to getting to know you. An individual appointment can be made at welovedogs@meatbones.ch
